Visit & Free Consultation
Schedule a visit for a free consultation with one of our caring team members at Constellations: Grow and Play. During your visit, you’ll tour our welcoming, child-friendly environment and see where your little one will learn, play, and grow. Prefer to connect from home? We also offer virtual consultations via Zoom for your convenience. This step is all about helping you feel informed, comfortable, and confident as you explore the best options for your child’s development.
Enrollment Form
Once we've explored how we can best support your child, the next step is to complete our Enrollment Form. This essential step allows us to gather all the necessary details to personalize our services and create a plan that fits your child’s unique developmental needs. Your information helps us ensure a smooth start and a meaningful journey ahead.
Assessment
Your child will take part in a comprehensive assessment led by one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This vital step helps us understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and unique needs, allowing us to design a personalized therapy plan that supports meaningful progress and long-term growth.
