Our Football Action Framework

How Players Make Decisions

Every action, with or without the ball, follows the same process:

The effectiveness of each action depends on the quality of these individual steps.

Our Belief

Football is more than technique and physical ability. Matches are decided by the choices a player makes – on and off the ball. We believe every player can improve by learning to make more conscious decisions.

Every player who works with us develops not only their tactical insight, but above all their game intelligence. Awareness of choices builds confidence, improves performance, and increases effectiveness on the field.

Increase information intake

Becoming aware of the environment and recognizing situations (faster)

Improving decisions = greater impact on the game

Football intelligence can be developed.

Every action on the pitch follows a process. The better players understand that process, the better they can perform under pressure. Through education, analysis and practical guidance, we help football professionals see the game more clearly and make better decisions.

Our Methodology

Recognising common situations

By exposing players to recognisable match situations, we help them identify game situations faster and improve their understanding of the game.

understanding fixed football concepts:

Example: Man Marking

In this example, we explore both individual and team tactical principles that can be used against man marking.

What we use

Individual coaching to individual training:

Every player is different.

Following an in-depth analysis, training sessions are tailored to the individual player’s needs, strengths and development areas.

Particular emphasis is placed on cognitive and motor stimuli, helping players take in more information, recognise situations faster, make better decisions and execute actions more effectively.

Our Goal

We do not aim to tell players what to do.

We aim to help them better understand the game.

Understanding Speed of Action in Football

Speed of action is often used as a container term in football. As a result, coaches, scouts and practitioners frequently interpret it in different ways.

This course provides a practical framework to better understand what speed of action actually is, which factors influence it and how it can be identified and developed in players.

By breaking speed of action down into its technical, physical and cognitive components, participants gain a deeper understanding of one of the most important aspects of football performance.
